I know that I'm not fat but I think I need to lose some fat. In particular I have a spare tire belly that overhangs from my jeans. I can hide it pretty well with clothes. I'm 5'7" and about 150-155 pounds and size 8/10.
I'm active and fairly fit and strong. My eating habits are okay but could be better. I have a bit of a sweet tooth.
How should I decide how much weight I should lose?
I also want to start serious running. Any suggestions?
