Hello everyone!
I used to be a regular then dropped out. Is stuck in 160s for the past 4 years! Time to make a change
Will try to work on it here. 145 puts me in the "normal" instead of overweight

163.2 today. Eeeep! Down 1.8 from yesterday but it will go up tomorrow. Up, down, up down.

I had two days of new lows, which is unusual but I've also been lower cal. 163 today which is down .2. I'll take it!

I finally hit the brakes with a .2 pound gain today. Not bad at all! I do have to work this weekend and that always gives me several days of water retention highs from stress, I assume.

I've been floating from 165 to 167 the last couple of weeks. I'm determined to see a 5 sometime in November and follow you guys to the next thread.

Plugging away does help despite the ups/downs. I've been trying to lose weight now for 4 years and keep 'plugging away'. As long as I see a downward movement, i don't mind the occasional bump or stall.

80 pounds down today!

165.1 and 0.9 lbs away from my lowest ever (recorded) adult weight! I'm only 12 lbs over weight and only 20 lbs away from my first big goal!

Hi everyone! Long time no see~
Happy to see that you're all doing well! I'm back for some motivation, I was so close to the 150s two weeks ago but had a bad week and a half. Lost most of the water weight and am at 160.8 today! Hopefully by mid-november I'll be well into the 150s
