I'm here! For real! 169.0 today and no crazy eating plans for the next 2 weeks, so I should be able to stick around.
165 is my goal. It was actually 175 a long time ago, but I decided I want to lose 100 lbs, so here I am. However, I have a sneaking suspicion that I am going to try to make to 155, which is normal BMI for my height. I guess ideally I make it there eventually and maintain around 150-155. But for now, I'm just focused on my goal- 165- 100 lbs lost.
When I get there, I'm getting my wedding rings resized (I haven't' been able to wear them in months!) and I'm buying a new ring to wear on my right hand to celebrate my accomplishment! Also, I start the 6 month countdown to when I can consider my skin surgery. Next summer I WILL be bikini ready!
Started - 12/25/11 at 265 lbs.
ONEderland - 2/16/13 at 199 lbs.
Goal - Normal BMI! - 7/17/13 at 155 lbs.
Refocus - 1/29/15 - 185 lbs.
