Hey everyone...I haven't weighed in this week yet. I went away from the weekend and had a nice dinner last night. Just a little concerned about water weight, but I have been drinking a lot of water today in hopes that the scale is kind to me on Wednesday (my weigh in day).
I'm aiming for 8.8 pounds this month, and ONLY because I've already lost 4.2 of it (due to the magical water weight loss after eating like crap, followed by eating clean).

HOLY COW the 150s are less than 5 pounds away!? I can barely wrap my head around that! It'd be really amazing to get into the 150s in September! Then I'll only have 5 pounds to lose in October to make my goal of under 155 by Halloween (normal weight here I come).
I would like to join you guys... I am aiming for 9 pounds (because i really work in kgs and in 9 pounds I am 65 kg!).

I think my TOM is starting soon, so I might not see any movement for a few weeks, but hopefully the weeks after that I will see a big drop. Oh and I am terrible at challenges, so just going down 5 pounds will totally make me happy... but ideally...
What methods are y'all using? What activity, any particular diet, anything special? I would like to go running... let me rephrase that, I wish I would like to go running, but I hate doing activities by myself and I don't like running much either. I do gymnastics, play handball and occasionally go trampolining, but sometimes just some cardio would be nice... well maybe september is the month I do start running, who knows?
My initial short term goal was to lose 10 lbs by 10/27/2012 my anniversary but if I could lose 10 by the end of the month that would be even greater!!!
Working off a 3-pound 'bloat' from a week of stupidity. Seems like this happens every time I get to a 'milestone'. Think I get scared that it's too easy - then I fall off the wagon and start feeling like it's hopeless (someone call a shrink!). Anyway, back on track and think I'll be at a new minus 5 weight by the end of the month. Really want to get down to a 'normal' bmi by the end of the year and know I can by staying on track.
