Signed myself up for my own 90 day challenge, starting today!

I want to lose (and determined) to lose 40 pounds by September 30th

s/w: 148.8
goal: 108.0

Diet will be:
Clean, organic unproccesed foods (fruits, veggies, whole grains, high protein)
and
WATER WATER WATER

Workouts will be:
Cardio (walking, tabata, HIIT and bodyweight exercises)
also
Strength Training and Ab routines

I'm also going semi-straight edge-- NO DRINKING OR SMOKING!!!

i would love to do a challenge with you i dont usually do challenges...i will have to think about a goal and stuff for me...my way of eating is low carb, the lower the better for my body...my workouts are either biking, housework, or chasing children around...i hate standard exercise with a passion lol...and i also don't drink or smoke
