I want to lose (and determined) to lose 40 pounds by September 30th
Diet will be:
Clean, organic unproccesed foods (fruits, veggies, whole grains, high protein)
WATER WATER WATER
Workouts will be:
Cardio (walking, tabata, HIIT and bodyweight exercises)
Strength Training and Ab routines
I'm also going semi-straight edge-- NO DRINKING OR SMOKING!!!
