I've had trouble from Thanksgiving break to the following week of a couple parties. Both weeks I gained 3lbs and lost it and finally I'm 2 lbs under those so I'm having success again. I'm 5lbs away from the 30lbs lost and excited!!

Here is my check in (since I fail to update very often):

SW: 236-237
CW: 215
GW: 215

SWEEET!!!! MADE GOAL FOR CHRISTMAS (Well, at least by my standards. I didn't want to lose 30 pounds in 3 months, but 22 pounds doesn't seem so bad.)

Maybe I can lose a pound or two more by Christmas?

Can't make it to target weight but def happy with weight loss so far. I've been on vacation and i managed to sustain my weight plus saw a lot of my family members and they were all impressed and noticed the loss.
Congrats to all who have been able to achieve target, for those of us who fell short, let's not give up, let's keep keeping it real!

Won't even pretend like it was a good maintenance week though lol, I was up quite a bit...guess we decided to make this interesting to see if I can get to 169 by Christmas!

Thanks MellyWag for making this challenge thread...it has been a great motivation over the past 4+ months.

I'll probably check in a few more times to see how everyone's doing and maybe have one more weigh-in Friday.

Good luck, good job and Merry Christmas everybody!

I'm just one pound away! Hopefully I'll drop that by tomorrow morning =) It'll be my 25th birthday and the perfect present.

I hope you make it Nikkster! That would be a great b-day and X-mas present to yourself.

Stats:
SW: 177.2
LW: 148.0
CW: 146.4
GW: 147.2
RGW: 145.0

Two weeks ago I was at 148.8 and thinking I could hit 145 by now. Then I had several birthday and Christmas functions. Plus, I work at a credit union and I swear every member and vendor we have had to give us some kind of chocolate or cookie concoction. The worst was an older lady who brought us this home made gooey cookie/blondie thing. I couldn't stop eating them, I've never had anything so good diet or no diet. So I'm disappointed that I didn't make 145 by X-Mas, but at least I made my first goal considering how bad I've been.

Now I'm back on the wagon and we've already had our X-Mas dinners so I don't have to worry about any more huge landmines. I'm hoping to be under 145 by New Year's. It just seems right to start 2011 in the normal bmi range.

Good job everyone and thanks for the challenge, it was a great motivator!
