Ok so I know I already weighed in this week but im just excited!
I weighed in at the gym today and was SW: 235 CW: 232 GW: 210 I know it's only 3lbs, but seeing as how I've been doing aweful up to this point I'm pretty happy! |
Thought I'd better copy/paste/update on my last post from the previous thread before I forget! And I just weighed this morning with a loss, so why not?!
SW (18 August): 176.5/80kg Last check-in: (25 October): 163.1pounds/74kg CW (29 October): 162.2pounds/73.6kg GW (25 December!): 146.5/66.5kg I'm still so unsure whether my goal is possible, but I'm not going to adjust it - it's a goal, right? I've set a goal to aim for, and not making that goal doesn't mean I've failed - I think I'm not doing too badly already! |

I exercise EVERY day w/o fail and count EVERY dang calorie...even cough drops! (average about 1200 a day) Something's not working. And I'm not gaining muscle because I don't feel any difference in my clothes. What's the problem? What am I doing wrong??? Ugh! |

LW: 235lbs CW: 231lbs GW: 210lbs * Marielendrz* Maybe you are not eating enough calories, If you're exercising alot, your body might be needing more calories than you are eating, and your metabolism might have staled. Just a thought, something you could try. |

My name is Ashley and I'm new. I thought I would just jump in on this post. :D SW: 218 CW: 218 GW: 188 30 lbs by Christmas! I plan to work out for 3 days each week and restrict calories. Hopefully it works! |

LW-10/25: 185 CW-11/1: 184.8 GW: 170 (prev 180) It's good to know that even though it was a crazy week (+TOM), I pretty much maintained (was all over the scale last week) but now that it's a new week, I'm ready to get back on track (a woosh would be nice too). |

Ugh, it's so depressing to think that you can undo three weeks of work in one night! Oh well, I'm right back on track today and I hope to be back where I was by Saturday and then down a bit more by my next official WI day (Wednesday), so I refuse to change my ticker until then. Thanks for letting me vent ladies, you are all doing awesome! :) |
