Hi,

I'm new here. My names Katie.

I am just about to turn 20. Anyway, I am about 5'10" and I am embarrassed to say 234lbs. I really want to lose a good deal of weight. When I was a sophomore/junior in high school, i got down to 160lbs. I would really love to get back there, if not lower.

My problem is that I can't stick to a diet/exercise plan. I don't have much willpower and lately have been feeling kind of lethargic. I also am, not an emotional eater, but a bored eater.

Anyone who would like to be my buddy, answer me on here, or message me, whichever.

Hey girl! I'm 20 too and started out heavier than you are now.. so I know how hard it can be, but I also know how POSSIBLE it is. Boredom makes me want to eat like crazy, so I try to stay as busy as possible... coming on 3fc is a good way to take my mind off of the food!

Anyway, I'll be your buddy!
