I stayed far away from the family get-together this year. They decided not to grill out; they went and got KFC instead. And I know if that stuff is in my face, I'm going to eat it. That and I ate way too much CRAP over the weekend (pizza, Taco Bell, Chinese food, chicken wings) so there was no way I was going anywhere near that KFC. I'm currently in rebound mode, trying to lose the couple of pounds I KNOW I gained eating all of that food. It was like a weekend foodfest for me. I don't do that very often.

But, still, that wasn't the only reason I didn't go. I'm getting a horrific cold and my throat is sore and I had the headache from hades, so I stayed home.

So my day of eating was pretty normal.

Well as you know I didn't do so well and on tuesday when I finally stepped on the scale again of course I was up 2 pounds, but I didn't fret too much, I know I didn't gain 2 pounds of fat in 2 days and today I'm back down to 201. So there wasn't a loss this holiday weekend but to stay the same is success in itself I think!

I agree wisher....not gaining after eating OP is a major accomplishment. Way to go. And next week, i am sure you will see a loss if you stay OP this week. Congrats on not gaining!!

Bad, bad, bad!!! Well, not as bad as last year when I really wasn't on a diet. We go camping every Mem weekend. Preparing and cooking is my favorite part of the trip. Sooooo, I had s'mores, chips, pork roast with mushroom gravy, lots of bacon, biscuits and gravy, ham & beans, cookies, and probably alot more!!! I did make an effort to not "stuff" myself as I normally do. I also did alot of walking. I have gone a few weeks on the 6 week body make over. NO salt, sugar, any kind of fats, dairy, preservatives, or basically anything that tastes good it seems. So I have had a VERY bland diet for a little while. I was TOLD by their website that it was absolutely no big deal to eat on the plan because food is JUST for feul and not for enjoyment, blah, blah, blah, and even said my family should eat the same thing I am. Well, I failed and am proud of it!!! We had a great time, and enjoyed the time with my family and every bite by the way ! I'm back on it, so here I go again!
