Default Day After Memorial Day Weigh-In..AHH!!

lol...I'm not sure about this guys...

I did a lot of hiking and swimming over the weekend, but I also ate a few marshmellows and had a few beers and hotdogs. Although..I KNOW I didn't eat enough to GAIN any weight because I only strayed off my diet for ONE day, but I'm wondering if I'll have a loss. I can deal if I'm the same...really I can. But I worked soooooooooooooooooooo ( ) ooooooooooooo hard BEFORE I went, that I think I would be bummed. Even a 1 lb loss would be good.

I'm also really hating the evening weigh-in. Anybody else do one in the evening?

I also sprained my ankle while walking out my front door this morning and fell backwards, fell right off the porch and almost hit my head. I thought I was going to break my head!!! Thank goodness for my newfound flexibility! *phew!*

I hope all your weigh-ins are great and cross your fingers for mine! lol..not like I'm THAT special...but I'm hoping.

I hate afternoon weighin's too. But I always subtract about 2 pounds from the afternoon weight.

I actually weighed in this morning and got 161.4. I didn't change it on my ticker because i know it won't stay there. It will be the end of the week probably before i see that number again.

Do you weigh yourself everyday? I couldn't stand to do that....I get obsessive that way. Once a week is good enough for me.

I also realize that people who are considerbly smaller than me have to work a LOT longer to lose what I lose in a week. Kudos for you dropping .6!!! That's great!

Sheila - I weigh in the evenings as well. I don't mind, since I weigh consistently in the evenings (every Monday night at 6:45... thats what I get for going to Weight Watchers every week haha)

My program is like the middle ground between WW and Jenny Craig. It works great for me...I just wish there were morning meetings. I guess it doesn't matter because I weight in at 6:45 (as well) every Tuesday evening. I've been tempted to just weigh myself in the morning and put that weight. lol. Oh well. I guess I'm excited to see my ticker go into the 200's. I can't believe I passed the 200's in the first place! That made me so upset. Oh well...*sigh*

I lost 2 lbs! I'll take it! lol. I was amazed after what I had eaten the other day, but I guess 6 days of good eating and exercise overcome one day of bad eating and lots of exercise.

Hey! Great!

It might have been more without that day, but you still have a loss for the week! Congratulations!

I tell ya though....I cherished every moment of those all beef kosher hotdogs. lol

I could've skipped the beer though....I was really bummed I drank so much cause it didn't make me feel good at all. What a bummer...oh well, live and learn. I think I'll be giving up beer altogether...my body doesn't need it
