Feeling grotty - due my B12 injection. Am sitting here planning my Kickboxercise classes.

Now that really should challenge me - how can I teach that class without getting a good workout?!?!?!?!?! No finger clicking laziness there!!!

So with the practice sessions and teaching it 2x a week I should see some difference soon!! I so looooooooong to feel bouncy again!!!!

Had 4 newbies in body conditioning class last night so I did about 60% of the class - demonstrating at the front, not fingerclicking and offering individual coaching! Worked legs, bums and tums to screaming!

Not tired, not hurting, probably not my body either!!!!!

I bought new trainers today, they are very snazzy, only £16 at TK MAxx gotta love that. I took them to the gym today, and had a lovely walk out. I am in the Hall of Fame at the gym for having over 10 attendances at the gym for March!!!! It will be half that this month, coz I am going to two gyms LOL

You are all 's

Well, I DID the tae-bo last friday as promised but I have'nt done it since and after reading Madam Dotty's post to walk it off i've decided to have a go at that i'm just so knackered though hopefully a dose of exercise will buck me up and at least with walking I don't need to get all sweaty and horrible

Toot, 100 sit-ups one of the girls at work went home today she said she has given herself a HERNIA doing sit-ups!! I'm a bit skeptical and asked her if she'd been swinging from the chandeliers
