Well, I DID the tae-bo last friday as promised but I have'nt done it since
and after reading Madam Dotty's post to walk it off i've decided to have a go at that
i'm just so knackered though
hopefully a dose of exercise will buck me up
and at least with walking I don't need to get all sweaty and horrible

one of the girls at work went home today she said she has given herself a HERNIA doing sit-ups!! I'm a bit skeptical
and asked her if she'd been swinging from the chandeliers
