You can do it KB...that's a good goal you've set yourself at one pound a week...I'm rooting for you. I won't join you as all the challenges lately I have been absolutely bl**dy useless at... even gaining... but I'll keep up to date with yours and you on all the way

Yay! You will do well I insist. I'm desperate to get out of the morbidly obese category and 18 pounds will do it.

Boo to Christmas though. Boooooooooooooooo.

I am totally in! I have a big goal of going home to Chicago for Christmas and looking all svelte and fabulous so this will help keep me on track.

My goal is to go home fitting comfortably in a UK size 18 and being about 235 lbs. That said if I start losing weight more slowly than I am now I will adjust the goal.

Count me in!

Will set my target to dropping 10lbs by xmas. Good luck everyone - and KB, you sound so determined I know you'll get there!

The Boots scales are about two months old but they wobble I made my Mam stand on them yesterday she nearly fell off them. Then she moaned she had put a stone on, but she hadn't she'd read the ticket wrong.
