Gayle ~ That's what we're having! Meatloaf, mac and cheese, green beans and blueberry/banana muffins. We have brownies in the oven right now for dessert. Not a low calorie meal, but what the heck...it's Valentine's Day!

I went back to the doctor today instead of Thursday because I had 2 nose bleeds today. My b/p was 172/122. She took me off Lotrel (my 6th medication!) and now I'm on Tarka. I go back on the 28th. If this medication doesn't bring it down then I'll go in the hospital.
I have missed you all bunches. I'll be back on tomorrow to post to each of you.

Today is also Wayne & I wedding anniversay. 19 years today & I didn't even feel like eating out. But I cooked a nice meal at home for us.
Sherry-Happy Belated Anniversary! I'm so sorry you are not doing well. There must be something the dr. can do about your blood pressure. Do they say if walking would help you? I'm sure you can't relax either, knowing how much you do and take everything to heart.
Cheryl-My condolences to you and yours. On the other thing--well, as you all know, the sicko that is mailing Patty things started her a subscription to Playboy. Who do you think is reading it? I told him since it is wrapped in plastic, maybe he shouldn't open it so we can give it to the police. He said, what's the difference, it's paid for! He just kept the label and I guess is reading it. I haven't seen it since it was received. I guess he's hiding it.
I'm contacting a different cop today. Someone that works out at the gym that Becky works gave her his phone number and said to call him today to discuss the matter.
Sherry ~ Happy anniversary! It's nice to have you back with us...you have been missed! I do hope this new medication helps. BP can be a tricky thing to regulate...hang in there!
Shelley ~ I'm glad you're going to talk to a different officer! Keep on them until you get some results...this guy needs to be stopped!
I got brave and stepped on the scales this morning and I am down a pound to 144! I was starting to think that I was going to be stuck at 145 forever!
I'm here Suzy, just super busy & TIRED! My FIL is back home but is having fair to bad days. We have been spending the time we can up there trying to help out. I'm so happy for you dropping the extra pound! You even had the Valentines meal the day before you weighed! You are doing GREAT!

Oh, I never posted my weight for the week, I am up 3#. As of this point I am leaving my tracker alone. I think some of it is poor eating habits over the past few weeks plus TOM. I am making low calorie Core potato soup for dinner tonight!
Gayle-I went ahead and updated my tracker because of the post about the trackers from 3FC. I am hoping to be able to post losses in the coming weeks, though.
Suzy-Sorry, I haven't had time to post either. Just lazy. I don't know what's wrong with me. I don't want to do much of anything, other than run. I'm just so tired. I really don't want to go to work today, but I must!
Well we are having a blizzard today. Can't even see the road from the front window. I have to go to the specialist at 1:30 and be to work for 3. I hope it lets up soon. I am so tired of winter and all this snow.
I haven't been really watching what I eat. I need some motivation.
I feel so crummy it is hard to really care. I keep thinking of all the things that could be wrong with me and scaring myself half to death.
I hope the specialist has all the test results and some answers. The medication he put me on did not work and the swelling and inflammation is twice as bad as when I was there two weeks ago.
Sherry - I hope the doctor can get your blood pressure down soon. Shelley - It is not like you to not post everyday. I hope you are okay.
Gayle - I hop your FIL is feeling better soon.

It sounds like everyone has a bad case of the winter blahs! I know I will be a lot happier when spring gets here...hopefully it won't be much longer!

Gayle ~ I'm sorry that your FIL is not doing well. No wonder you're tired trying to do things for him and keeping things done at home. I hope he starts feeling better soon.
Shelley ~ You strike me as a person who is always on the go...maybe you just need to take a break and rest up some. (Don't take a break from posting though...we would miss you too much! )
Please say a prayer for FIL. We are back in the hospital as of last night. We spent several hours in the ER, then they moved him to a room. 15-20 minutes after the move, his blood pressure was so low he was transferred to ICU. we spent all night there with no sleep. I came home long enough this afternoon to pickup from school and take care of animals. I am just heading out again and will be staying all night.

Sorry if I haven't been posting enough. I have just been so upset over this stuff Patty is getting. Today, she got another subscription to Playboy and Playboy Digital (whatever that is.) I contacted customer service, but being the idiot I am, I emailed them under the address of the pervert sending the stuff, since it was directly from their website and his email is where it was ordered from. I had to send another email telling them not to respond to his address. I know they get thousands of emails and will probably respond to him instead of me. My main problem is I put my home phone number on it. What a stupid b&*ch I am!! I am so mad at myself.
Enough about me. Janice-I am so sorry you are depressed about your condition. I hope the specialist was able to help you and at least give you some relief. I hate to tell you, but it is still in the 80's here. I'll try to send some warm weather your way.
Gayle-I get tired just thinking of you going to visit everybody that you are caring for. You really need to try and get some time for Gayle.
