Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 36 minutes lower body TBT.

Did my ab tape with hubby last night (Sunday)
Got to the gym today (Monday)
5 minutes on eliptical
upper body on circuit & free weights
30 minutes hi-lo on treadmill
