Hmm. Kinda confused here...
....because I was poking around the "Useful Tools on 3FC" sticky post and found a daily caloric needs calculator. Putting in my info, it tells me I need about 720 calories a day to MAINTAIN my weight. Then it informs me that to lose weight, I should drop about 500 calories a day. Then it suggests I go pick sugar-spun flowers on Venus.
No, it doesn't say that part, but the other stuff's about as believable. Surely this is incorrect, wildly so, perhaps? I've been eating between 1,000 and 1,100 calories daily. I've been under the impression I should boost that, even.
