Default weight fluxing?

I'm a bit confused...I know weight changes daily (yes I am a daily weigher). So I can accept a few pound change. My question is for the last 2-3 weeks my weight is changing up to 7 pounds!!!!

I was on a peanut kick when it started 2-3 weeks ago, and just figured it was salt? So I cut out peanuts for a while, no change. I'm just baffled by the amount of weight that comes and goes.

Does anyone else have this type of flux? What can you do about it?
