Oct 2 - 2 hours of cookie duty at church (lots of walking)

Oct 4 - lunch walk 4/10 mile 12 min (feeling old and slow today)
Oct 5 - lunch walk 4/10 mile 12 min (not feeling well today-sore throat-ear ache-sinuses really bad) - 20 min house cleaning
Oct 6 - none - really sick today - think it is a major head cold - feel pretty miserable today
Oct 7 - none - still really sick
Oct 8 - none - still really sick
Oct 9 - none - starting to feel better but sill sick
Oct 10 - none - still sick and to tired after working all day
Oct 11 - none - ugh! still not feel good
Oct 12 - lunch walk 4/10 mile 11 min - YEA I am finally feeling a little better but that walk took everything I had
