I want to join. This will be a good way of tracking my workouts and push me to stay on top of them.


Goal 1800 minutes
Minutes so far 930 minutes

Oct 1 - 60 mins - spinning
Oct 2 - 60 mins - 40 mins elliptical 20 mins bike
Oct 3 - 90 mins - am 30 mins bike, pm - 40 mins elliptical 20 mins bike
Oct 4 - 130 mins - am 30 mins strength training, pm - 40 mins elliptical 20 mins bike 45 mins strength training legs.
Oct 5 - 80 mins - 20 mins running, 20 mins bike, 40 mins elliptical
Oct 6 - 75 mins - 20 mins running, 20 mins bike, 30 mins strength training - upper body
Oct 7 - none
Oct 8- 30 mins strength training ((lower body)
Oct 9-none
Oct 10- 110 mins (20 mins bike, 40 elliptical) (20 mins treadmill, 30 mins bike)
Oct 11- 125 mins (45 mins strength training - lower body)(80mins cardio 20 mins treadmill, 60 mins bike)
Oct 12- 60 mins cardio
Oct 13 - 45 mins upper body strength training
Oct 14- 60 mins cardio (30 mins run treadmill, 30 mins bike)
Oct 15-120 mins (60 mins spinning, 60 mins strength training)
Oct 16 - none
Oct 17 - 60 mins cardio
Oct 18 - 60 mins strength training lower body
Oct 19 - none
Oct 20 - 60 mins strength training upper body

Need to apologize to everyone here at the challenge board. I have not been able to exercise this month as my mom had a bad fall and have been spending my days caring for her. Hope to re-start again in November. Hope everyone had a good month and kept up the good work!


I can't believe it is October already. Darn Halloween coming up so the exercise challenge is a must! October can be so tricky! Here goes!

Goal - 1400 minutes

Oct 1 - 120 raking, window cleaning, pool winterizing, garden winterizing!

Thank you! I am starting SB tomorrow (Tuesday) so I'm trying to find some good recipes that are "family friendly"

My goal this month have to be more moderate because of the fall.
I have to start slow with my running/impact exercises. Pilates to work on my core 2-3 x a week, walk 5-6 days a week, maybe do elipitical or bike 1 day a week this month

minutes: 1000

(I'm coming back, yeah! Back injuries will heal!)

OK I'm in again for the challenge. I smoked my last month by 500 minutes. Started late and said I would do 1500 min but ended up doing 2000 min by the end of the month. And i lost 20 lbs! Feeling great so I will say im going to do 2000 min this month. Lets keep up the great work! Lets do this!
