I Am So Upset Guys Afte I Went Down To An Even 190 , I Weighed Myself And Now I Am Back Up To 193.5. I So Wanna Cry. But No I Know The Smallest Things Can Even Make You Gain That Nasty Weight Back So I Am Being Even More Careful About What And How Much I Eat And I Am Definatly Exercising With My Slim In 6 Tapes Everyday. My Goal For May Is 10 Lbs And I Have To Make It!!!
I don't really know what I'm "in" for this month. I have been as low as 186 in the past week and as high as back up to 190!!! I've been loyal to the gym every morning so I'm hoping it's muscle building because I do see a difference in my body shape and my clothes.
So, all THAT said, I want to reach my mini-goal of 178 by the end of the month. It's ambitious but I need to really push myself. I know I can do better about drinking my water and staying away from what Ruthxxx refers to as the "frankenfoods"!

Thanks for the word of advice...I'm unfortunately not a waterholic, I need to bone up on that. I do find that I usually lose the weight by Wednesday after a weekend. So you think I should just try drinking more on the weekends? I'll try anything just to keep up with the losses during the week! Thanks for your help!

I've been needing something to get me back on track. I was doing great for 2 months then hit a snag with being away for 3 weeks. Is it too late to join the challenge? I'll try for 4 lbs. That might be doable as I get closer to my goal! What the heck!!! Mary

I think we should keep exercise as a different thread, littlechick. Some of us don't exercise! I'm about to sort out this long thread into a May Challenge one.
I am so happy! I decided to join you in the May Challenge with a very modest goal of losing 4 pounds. I made it! I decided to post early as I may be going out any minute now on a national Red Cross disaster. I am on standby this weekend so I don't know for sure yet if needed. Hang in there-if I can do it moving at turtle speed, you can too!
