Hello everyone! My name is Angie and I am new here and new to this diet. I am approx 65 lbs overweight and it just has to come off!!!! I am getting ready to start the SBD here very soon. I have tried teh Atkins/Low carb diet before and it jsut didn't work for me. I always had a stomach ache and was always tired. I am hoping that this is the diet for me! I look forward to getting to know all of you!
Hey chickie welcome to the beach! I think you will feel better on this plan. You may not the first day or 2 while detoxin. Sounds like we are drugies or sumin but I guess we are addicts cause we were addicted to food bad food! yuck! Lots of help and support here. Make sure you read all the info in the F&Q section. Hi Angie.......hope you enjoy the Beach. it is a great way of eating really, and sixty five pounds will soon be gone! I have just short of 100 to lose, and am on the way....!
