I have thoroughly enjoyed reading all of your informative posts and I have made it to day 5 with your help!

I figure it's now time to introduce myself. My name is Shannon and I am a pastor's wife, mother of three little guys, and Creative Memories Consultant. I have spent much of my time doing for others and my health has gone to the back burner for too long.

I joined Curves in November but I need to diet as well. I am 5' 11" and weigh 210. I weighed 200 when I got pregnant with each of my three children but gained 50-60 pounds each time. I worked hard to loose it all just in time to get preganant again.

After my first daughter was born I ran a marathon (SLOWLY) with Leukemis Society's Team in Training. That year I was able to make it down to 170 (for about 20 minutes). My goal for life is 180. And I am done having babies...
