I never thought I'd miss fruit so much, and I'm only on Day 3!
I always thought people who took fruit as their sweet treat were lightweights - only the full-fat triple chocolate option with chocolate sprinkles on top would do for me. Now even the smell of banana revs me up!
This is proving a great thread to let the cravings out beat them away!
I walked around San Francisco all day yesterday without touching a single bite of sourdough. Not even a taste of clam chowder. No mini donuts by the bucket. No delectgrable pastries. No organic red velvet cupcakes. Nothing. I had a burrito bowl with brown rice for lunch, and a lettuce wrapped burger with a side of broccoli for dinner. Take that fat! You're going down!
Yikes Southlake...we were in San Francisco this summer and that is a MAJOR accomplishment. Even the beer in the happy hours was always some expensive (and heavy) boutique beer! I am totally impressed!
Today at work...
Walked there was pecan pie on the table... a gift to us. I am not a pecan person but I looked at the calorie content out of curiosity. Can you believe 1/5 of the pie was 560 calories!!!! Disgusting and Barf worthy... No, my greek yorgurt and slim-ish hips are satisfying enough!!!!
