Default MONDAY

I got in a decent time for my 4.5 miles today!!!! Took me 52:34. I haven't seen a time like that in quite a while. Not sure how the heck I did it either! This is with being slightly sick (doesn't know if it wants to come or go).

Off to yoga in about an hour!!!

Got 60 minutes in on the treadmill. Feels good to be back in a routine. Starting this challenge a few weeks ago has really helped me get back to where I started two years ago..thanks Debbie.

Love,
Crystle

Monday Day 1

Did 20 minutes on the treadmill at a faster pace then I have been doing. Trying to work up my speed, as well as time. Felt good about doing anything, since I hardly slept last night, and had so much to do today!

Default TUESDAY

Good start for this Tuesday morning. Really didn't feel like going out, but out I went and surprisingly I did my 4.5 miles in 53 minutes flat-better than yesterday by 24 seconds. Don't know where the oomph is coming from but sure glad it's coming!!!

Tuesday - day 2

30 minutes on the treadmill...hoofed it! All thanks to Quilter, who bugged me, and Jack-K who also encouraged me. Thanks, gals! You were both right...I feel much better for having done it!
