  • Sunday: Abdominal tape

    Monday: Gym - 5 minutes eliptical, lower body on weights & circuit & 30 minutes treadmill.

    I hope to get back Wed. a.m.
  • Monday- Walked at the campground....
  • mONDAY...
    3.3 mile walk. 30 minutes of wt training and floor exercies.

  • Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 33 minutes lower body TBT.
  • Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 35 minutes upper body TBT.
  • Tuesday- Walked at the campground.
  • Tuesday.

    Didn't beat the rain so didn't get to walk. Did 30 minutes of wt training and floor exercises.

  • Monday - 1 mile elliptical and the strength training circuit, 1 mile TM

    Wed - 1 mile elliptical, strength training circuit, ballroom dance class
  • Wednesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 31 minutes lower body TBT.

    got our 3 mile walk in late, but got it in. Almost got blown home.
    30 minutes of wt training and floor exercises.

    I s/b doing ab tape again tonight, and gym tomorrow.
