    March was a total bust, so I look forward to a new month!
    My goal will be 500 minutes of intentional exercise.

    Apr1: 30 min outdoor walk (2 miles)
    Apr2: 30 min walk (2 mi)
    Apr7: 60 min walk (4 mi)
    Apr10: 30 min walk (2 mi)
    Apr16: 30 min walk (2 mi)
    Apr27: 20 min walk (1.5 mi) Too much work at work!
    Apr28: 100 min walk (5K plus warmup walking)
    Apr29: 75 min walk (two 2 mi walks: AM and PM)

    Total: 375
  • For my goal this month I am going to do a total of 1000 minutes of boot camp hub and walking. Good luck everyone!
  • My goal is 14 dvd workouts.

    I'll be doing a lot of overtime this month plus working on other projects. My weakness is keeping up with exercise when life gets busy. I'm determined to finally achieve that this month!
