    L: Leek Soup with 2 cups of Broccoli (1:30pm)
    D: 8 oz chicken breast with spinach (at 7pm)
    S: Chocolate pudding (at around 8:30pm)

    D: 8 oz steak w/ 1 cup green pepper & 1 cup mushroom stir fried w/ Braggs liquid Aminos
    S: Protidiet BBQ curls (mmm...mmm...mmm)
    of course 64 oz of water and more!

    I see a lot of people use Protilife products - are they the same as Ideal Protein? I'm afraid to switch to something else so early in my program because I think that's why I never lose all my weight - I never see something to the end. any words of wisdom will be appreciated
