Well I'm on week 4 and wow they really add back in the foods fast during this process! It's almost hard to eat all the food they add! Anyone else have trouble doing it? thanks:dizzy:

Congrats to you; I didn't have a stabilization class, they just set up an appt for me to come in and get weighed, measured and then gave me the week 1 of stabilization, I start week three tomorrow...
