Ideal to go is Ip products sold online and delivered to you. You can only "qualify" to do it if you live in a remote area where there is no IP clinic within a reasonable driving distance.

Yes cinnamon is ok and baking powder would not affect your weight loss since you use a very small quantity for making pancakes or waffle or whatever mixed to your protein powder

I don't believe they do, I don't have many products left to check now, but what I currently have left don't, they are sweetened with acesulfame potassium which is the same ingredient used in IP...
