Yes, im hanging in there. Its just frustrating having 0 loss for 2 weeks in a row...I think many of us feel so close that we feel we can cheat at times.

I think a lot of the initial loss was water loss. I had been traveling off and on for 3 months and eating out a lot. Lots of salty foods. Yes I am using the IP foods too. Also drinking about a gallon...
