dresses vs pants issue

It all depends upon your body shape....a person that carries their weight around their hips/legs "pears" tend to be small up top. So in dresses they are smaller if the dress is A line or flares out...

Had a great exercise day today! For lunch I went to Pump class for 60 minutes and then after work I did a 60 minute kick boxing class. Very proud of myself.

20% Gone since January!!

Well I have had an interesting journey, but I have lost 20% of my starting weight!!!!! YIPEE!!!! Had a couple of months of plateauing.(mind you I was not as disciplined with the food or exercise)...

I am in this month as well. I exceeded my goal...

I am in this month as well. I exceeded my goal of 1500 minutes in April and with the being an extra day in May I am going to really push my self this month and make my goal 1600 minutes secret goal...
