Default WOW factor

I thought I had lost over 35 inches off of my entire body and boy was I was estatic with that thought. Then today when I was adding up the inches lost in Fitday I realized that I was only taking into account one leg and one arm. In fact I have lost 46.5 inches off of my entire body over the past 4 months. WOW!!!!!!!! I almost crapped my drawers when I realized that. As I have lost 46 pounds that is basically and inch a pound.

WOW

Congratulations!!!!!! That's awesome! And you've motivated me to do my measurements. I've really avoided that whole thing until now. But I know it will be motivating to see them disappear.

Thumbs up congrats

that is a terrific result...congrats for your benchmark...I would be interested in knowing what plan you are using. I have tried many, not sure some are healthy, and sometimes some are too hard to use to feed a family...any insights?
thanks, Bealtaine
