Is the peanut butter regular? there is alot of sugar in regular pb. I make mine homemade or get natural {check the label for sugar content}. You can add honey or any natural sweetener.

You guys are better than me. Although I shop for 3 people, I generally spend about $100 a week {sometimes more}. We go to Shop rite, Aldis, Produce Junction, mainly.

I didnt reach last monthes target weight loss (only lost 3lbs). I really want to get down to 179lbs. For a loss of 8lbs. So we will try this again. Good luck everyone!!!!

Definitely Stevia! I love it. Use it all the time. I try to avoid splenda. I think it slows weight loss down. However, I will find products every now and again that I will use that has it in it.

I can speak from experience. I had gotten down to 170lbs last yr. I was making all my own bread + grain products (ie.. granola etc). After I quit eating in that way + got lax about my food choices...
