Anyone have experience/knowledge of this one? I'm reading the book. Have gotten to a healthy BMI with Metabolic Research Center but still on the high end of fat %--and in belly too much. Right on the border of healthy. I'm wondering if this diet might be a good "maintenance" choice for me.
