Missed posting last week but my April 2 WI was no change, and April 9 WI was no change...now mind you it did change during TOM but then I got back down to 206.5 again within a few days. My body seems to like it here. Time to shake things up a bit. I want to be down at least 1 lb next week! ~DETERMINATION~
Dawn, I can totally relate to you last week, one little tear slipped out of my eye, but it brought me back to reality. Got out my tracker and filled it all in today.
3/25---> 163.8 | -4.4 ~~~ 10.8 off
4/01---> 161.2 | -2.6 ~~~ 13.4 off
4/08---> 160.6 | -0.6 ~~~ 14.0 off
4/15---> 161.0 | +0.4 ~~~ 13.6 off

Hi all - I started flex last week. My initial weigh in was 135 on 4/4/08; On Friday 4/11/08 I was 133; and today I was 135.2. I exceeded some points last week because I went out of town on a business trip and did not eat properly. So hopefully, by the end of this week, I will have even out again. Any encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
Also, how do you get the tracking scale that I see at the bottom of some of these emails that show your goals? Do I have to be a member for a certain amount of time before I can use that?

You can definitely do this! It can be easy to go over our points, but with a little planning (next time you take a trip maybe you'll be able to better prepare) we can do it! Focus on eating right this week, you'll be back down in no time.
The tickers at the bottom: You must be a member for 30 days and have a minimum of 30 posts. Time will pass by quickly enough, and you'll get to track your progress!
