Thanks so much, everybody! LOL, last Mon/Tues I lost three pounds... then two of them came back, went away again... today one of them was back. They are not giving up easily! Today I was walking as hard as I could and saying "I will GET you, you nasty little pound, and your buddies too! I will WIN!!" I keep trying to break 120 steps a minute, or double the aerobic rate (60 is considered aerobic). I keep getting between 110 and 117... today I got 118.19 which is a new record! I am at all out WAR with those mean old pounds!!!
Oh! I did notice... I have to come back up a huge hill and usually partway up I have to really plug along to make it. Today all of a sudden I realized I was at the top and had been doing my daydreaming all the way up without thinking about having to "force" my feet up the hill like I usually do! Yippeeeee!
