Default Finally getting it.

I'm in my 4th week and am finally over the persecuted and miserable feeling that I had the first 3 weeks. I'm down 12 pounds and 12 inches. For the first time in 30 years, I am the smallest one in my family. I can look in the mirror now and see my body slowly slimming down. My sisters are joining the program now because of noticing my results. This makes me very happy because I want all of us to be healthy. For those of you who are nervous and just starting, hang in there. It will get better.

Fantastic! Belief in THE PLAN just goes a very long way in seeing you through the slow and hard times! Great that you just persevered! Congrats!

Am back for Round 2, beginning 3/7.
Not until you push yourself to the limit and then past that, will you begin to realize "exactly what" you are capable of handling physically & mentally. Yes it's scary, hard, & exhausting. But, when you challenge yourself & strive to work harder than you ever have at the beginning of each day, when you finally stop to ....rest, you'll be more positive than anxious about your future!
