Finally getting it.
 

I'm in my 4th week and am finally over the persecuted and miserable feeling that I had the first 3 weeks. I'm down 12 pounds and 12 inches. For the first time in 30 years, I am the smallest one in my family. I can look in the mirror now and see my body slowly slimming down. My sisters are joining the program now because of noticing my results. This makes me very happy because I want all of us to be healthy. For those of you who are nervous and just starting, hang in there. It will get better.:carrot:
