    Oh, you are worthy. You are self-sufficient at your workouts. I'm an apartment dweller, like many people in the NY area, and use gym equipment. And since I've gotta be at my laptop by about 8:45 AM, and my gym opens at 5:45 AM, I've gotta get up & head out there pretty soon after the lights go on to get my routines in.

    Wednesday, June 19th:

    45 minute spin class
    Smith machine squats, adductor machine

    Thursday, June 20th:

    60 minute elliptical, resistance at nine, random intervals, alternating forward & backward
    Pilates was canceled tonight! (No subs available!) But I had to work late anyway, so that worked out well.
  • June 20: 1 hour singles tennis, spin class, 45 min dog walk
  • June 20: 7 miles running (55:18)
    1 hour gardening
  • June 20: 40 min quick fix cardio
    8hrs BUSY waitressing day IAM tired!
  • June 20: rest day
    June 21 AM: 1.1 miles on treadmill warmup, DB bench press, barbell shoulder press, DB triceps extensions, DB lat raises, lat pulldown. Whew!
  • Friday, June 21st:

    60 minutes Stairmaster, the usual before & after
    60 minutes back & biceps routine

    Woke up with somewhat swollen ankles, which I could press a dent into. All my sweating and activity in the gym took them down finally.

    12 minutes foam rolling
