Oh, you are worthy. You are self-sufficient at your workouts. I'm an apartment dweller, like many people in the NY area, and use gym equipment. And since I've gotta be at my laptop by about 8:45 AM, and my gym opens at 5:45 AM, I've gotta get up & head out there pretty soon after the lights go on to get my routines in.
Wednesday, June 19th:
45 minute spin class
Smith machine squats, adductor machine
Thursday, June 20th:
60 minute elliptical, resistance at nine, random intervals, alternating forward & backward
Pilates was canceled tonight! (No subs available!) But I had to work late anyway, so that worked out well.
