I did really good yesterday but I wanted White Castle SOOOO bad last night but I didn't do it
. I still feel like I ate to much though.
For Breakfast. I had oatmeal with banana and strawberries cut up in it
Snack.. Carrots and a piece of cucumber
Lunch. Yogurt with peach and strawberry cut up...an apple and grapes
Snack..Bannana
Dinner. Instant brown rice (still not sure if instant is okay) with steamed green peppers, broccoli and onion mixed in with green beans on the side.
Then I did a 30 minute workout video last night. I didnt have the enrgy to do the entire 50 minutes but I will tonight
