I'm changing the name of the challenge VD to very depressing as I've been rewarded with a 1.8lb weight gain ... poop!

Coffee's ready You know, I was in Cananda once......only on a lake though, not actually on your soil. We camped on the Gunflint Trail.........and the lakes we fished on were half on the US side, half on the Cananda side. We had to get a special permit to fish on the Cananda side. It was BEAUTIFUL there. I have no clue what Canada's geography is, and where the heck you are, but it may not be as far away as we think so....c'mon over. I make a fab cup of coffee

Kristin- It is ok. I go up and down frequently and is very annoying. We just need to not let it get us down and kick it in the *** next time. You still look great.

Kristen -- What a total bummer! Are the slimfasts higher in calories than the COD shakes? I'm sure you'll see results in the next couple of days. You're working out too, right? Could it be that you've added some muscle?

Hey guys,
Well this is going alright, I guess, for me. I was down this morning on my scale 1.2 lbs. But now I'm sick, again... I was just sick on Christmas day and it took almost 2 weeks to get over that, and now I have the sneezies and a stuffed up head again. So I'm back to eating chicken soup, homemade so it doesn't have too much sodium, but I can already feel the water retention!!
Anywho, keep going all who have lost some, we can still do it even with the obstacles put before us!!!
Hey, do you guys use your home scale to post your weight here or the COD'S??

Today's my off day - no scale and probably no work out (Jenn, in answer to your question I use a home scale for my VD weigh in).

Kristen - you've been good and your gain is certainly something hormonal and you'll start losing...hang in there; and, no, you cannot change the name to very depressing!

Just had to share that my BNWI this morning was 156.5, so I'm down another pound!! Wish I could go to my COD to weigh in today, but I'm taking the day off to spend with my girls (teacher workday). My COD is near work, so it would be out of the way for me to go there today. Guess I have to be good today!!

I hope everyone else's scales are headed in the right direction today!!

OKay, I'm back on track with a 2lb loss to report...bringing me to 4 overall since 1/15. How is everyone else doing?

My WI yesterday had me up 1.2 pounds. *sigh* I KNOW I didn't eat that much food, so I'm hoping it's just water that will go away in the next few days. Bleh. And I was so excited about being in the 180's again, too. Now I'm back to 190.2, but I'm not changing my ticker until Friday when I go WI again.
