Hey everyone My name is Amy, i'm 18 years old and i'm desperate to lose weight! I have about 85 pounds, give or take a few, to lose and it almost seems impossible! Welcome to this wonderful site. We are all here for you, some of us, like me, are old enough to be your mom, and there are quite a few who are closer to you in age, but no matter our age we are all in this together. So hang in there and take things one day at a time. God Bless.
hi amy. i am new too. i am glad for you that you realize the importance of losing weight(in a rational way) at 18. unfortunately i have just realized that this is my life and every day i delay this is another day fat. i wish i would have figured it out before 40! now i worry that when i do lose the weight i will have a saggy 40 year old body. i guess my hot days are gone(unless i can afford lots of surgery). but not for you. you won't have to worry with saggy skin and will look terrific. tina
