Not losing your motivation is not easy... I am struggeling all my life to have a healthy weight (not to have a size 0...) and never succeeded.
I was on a diet for 3 weeks and then, I used to give up.
This time, I don't now what is happening....
I lost the first pounds, and then decided I wasn't doing good enough. So I subscribed to a sportschool. And you know what? It is really addictive...
I started at 312,4 and today I am at 282,1, in just 2 months...
I do a 1,5 hour workout 3 times a week.
And in the weekends, I go walking, about 3 hours.
So for the first time in my life, it works!!!
I already have to buy some new pants because when I move to much, I loose them :-)
