Hi!

My name is Alicia and I'm new here

About me.... My highest weight was 378lbs. I had the gastric bypass in 2005.. I got down to 145lbs, had a few babies... Now I'm up to 206. I'm lookin to loose about 50lbs again

I'm doin the High Protein diet with tons of veggies and no simple carbs or complex carbs.

I'm on day 2! Hah I'm loosin tons of water weight.

Nice to meet you! I've done the lo carb and lots of veg thing. it really helped me get muscle while losing weight- plus it supports exercise the best of any diet I'd ever been on. Just make sure you get fiber
