Hi everyone, my name is Emily, I'm 23, and I'm new. I'm 320 and my goal at the moment is to lose 100lbs. When I reach that I'll decide where to go from there. I'm glad to have found this forum!

Welcome to 3FC =)

There's a 300+ area (for those of us who've started at over 300lbs), there's a 100lb Club (for people looking to lose about 100lbs or more), there's a 20-something's area, groups for interests, etc.

So many places. Participate everywhere you're comfortable! You can do this!
