Doing it for my Daughter
Hi there I'm 33 years old and have decided to start the LAWL program. Today is day 1 of Take-off.
I'm doing this for my Daughter who is 5 years old and was born with a heart condition. She has had 2 surgeries so far (the first one at 5 1/2 months and the second one last year) She is very skinny (not slim...skinny like 4 feet tall and only 37 lbs!) and I want to teach her a healthy body image now as she is already starting to be concerned with her scars and how she looks.
Since I hate the way I look, I'm not a good role model for her, so I figure if I learn to eat properly, and like my body again, I can pass on the positive vibes to her.
