Hello everybody! I realized that I've been lurking around here for over a year without ever posting anything.
Anyways, I'm 28 years old and stay home with my 2 children ages 5 and 3. After my second child, I never lost the pregnancy weight and added an extra 25 pounds because of PPD and binge eating.
I've now been regularly exercising and watching what I eat for about 6 weeks now. My church started up a "Biggest Loser" contest. We are all in teams of 4 and the team that loses the most by July will get the prize. That alone is what made me finally get into gear.
Welcome to 3FC, Candice!! I'm so glad you decided to jump in and say hello. Have you been reading our BL threads?
I know from experience it is hard to try and get in exercise time because we just revolve around our babies, but be sure and put yourself first in line for a little while each day, ok?
