Long time lurker, first time poster
 

Hello everybody! I realized that I've been lurking around here for over a year without ever posting anything.

Anyways, I'm 28 years old and stay home with my 2 children ages 5 and 3. After my second child, I never lost the pregnancy weight and added an extra 25 pounds because of PPD and binge eating.

I've now been regularly exercising and watching what I eat for about 6 weeks now. My church started up a "Biggest Loser" contest. We are all in teams of 4 and the team that loses the most by July will get the prize. That alone is what made me finally get into gear.

Welcome to 3FC, Candice!! :welcome: I'm so glad you decided to jump in and say hello. Have you been reading our BL threads?

I know from experience it is hard to try and get in exercise time because we just revolve around our babies, but be sure and put yourself first in line for a little while each day, ok? :)
