L: IP Potato puree (garlic and herb puffs with 2 egg whites) and IP Mushroom soup (shared with hubby) with mushrooms
D: Ground turkey patties (1/4c mushroom and 1/4c green onion) with 1/2c zucchini and 1c broccoli.
S: IP Cookie dough swirl bar

L - Semi - "taco salad" - still working on getting it right: sloppy joe mix, made kind of dry and spiced up with cumin, cayenne, garlic on Romaine lettuce. Roasted cauliflower. Iced black tea.
D - Veggie sausages on sauteed cabbage
S - Quest bar

Default Disappointed

I buy 2 IP brand products: milk chocolate pudding mix & potato purée (eBay). Everything else I use is alt brand.

Most recent pudding shipment when I looked at labels (I do it every time), they've changed the formulation. Added more chemicals & cals and fat increased.

If only they'd reformulate the dark choc pudding mix & remove the soy! THAT was my fav. I just don't think the alt brands make my morning smoothie as rich and creamy

L - veggie chili and salad (spring mix, cukes, mixed bell pepp & a little jicama)
S - garlic crisps
D - leftover pork sirloin chops, grilled zucchini & yellow squash

Today:

B - chocolate RTD w/ 2 shots espresso over ice
L - peach/mango drink mix and salad (spinach, cukes, mixed bells)
S - either vinegar crisps or raspberry jello, depends on when I have it
D - turkey burgers and broccoli if I make it to the store, or salad if I don't
