D - tofu and broccoli stirfry
The veggies add up to the right amount.
NOTE: be careful if making "zoodles" - I have a Vegetti injury owie!
Week 1, Day 5
B: Black coffee, Healthsmart pancake, WF syrup
Lunch: Coffee with 2 oz. IP van shake, green salad
Dinner: 8 oz salmon, huge green salad, WF dressing
Snack: TBD
Had a busy day with hospital testing so really couldn't eat. Will get a snack in though.
